This was a special video that was sold only at the performances of the 1996 Sailor Stars musical.
It features interviews with all of the senshi actors, including Tuxedo Kamen, the Starlights, and Galaxia, CD recording and rehearsal footage, and more.
It is available fansubbed by Cruel Angel productions and on Djen's Myu Distro as part of the First Stage Omake Set.
